Further, Xperi may gather this information based upon your consent preferences to serve you advertisements and measure your activity in apps provided through the Services. G. Children’s Information. Xperi products and services are intended for and directed to adults, not children. If you are under 16, do not supply any Personal Data to any Xperi Services for the purposes of purchasing or using a product or service. When you exercise these rights and submit a request to us, we must be able to verify your identity to a reasonable degree of certainty. In order to do so, you must provide the required information when completing the online request form or making a request at the toll-free phone number provided below. We will ask you to provide your contact information and an additional identifier based on your relationship with us. Before we process your request, we will match that information with information that we currently maintain to verify your identity and your relationship with us.
Your exercise of these rights will have no adverse effect on the price and quality of our goods or services.
State Privacy Law Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing of Personal Information:

If you are a resident of one of the States, State law also permits you to request that we:

- Provide access to and/or a copy of personal information that we hold about you.
- Delete certain personal information that we hold about you, unless Xperi is legally required to retain it.

- We will respond to properly submitted and verified requests for disclosure, access and deletion within 45 days, but it may take up to 90 days in some cases. It is most helpful if you can provide the Xperi Service Number(s) associated with your device(s).
Requests Made by Agents:
If you unable to make a request directly (or in the case of death of the consumer), you may legally designate an agent by providing a notarized authorization, power of attorney or other legally binding designation of assignment of rights. Please provide proof of this agency along with your request and we will process your request as quickly as possible.
Nevada Privacy Rights:
If you are a Nevada resident, you have the right to request that we do not sell your covered information (as those terms are defined in N.R.S. 603A) that we have collected, or may collect, from you. If you would like to make such a request you may do so by contacting us at privacyrequest@xperi.com.

Canada Privacy Considerations:
In addition to the terms of our global Privacy Policy, Xperi wants Individuals with whom it interacts that are located in the Canada to understand the following additional privacy and data protection measures which may be applicable (“Canada Privacy Terms”) and apply to the processing by Xperi of personal information related to identified or identifiable individuals and households located in Canada.
We include this additional information to comply with The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and any terms defined in the PIPEDA have the same meaning when used in this section.
